CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand life is full of the unexpected, however, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must call us at least 24 hours of notice in advance. 50% of the booked services will be charged for cancellation or rescheduling less than 24 hours. "No show" will be charged 100% of the booked services plus a gratuity of 20% will be added to accommodate our manicurists/estheticians. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and has implemented this policy for this reason. When you cancel or reschedule the last minutes or no show, we not only lose your business, we also lose a potential client who could enjoy that time slot. Most of all, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as made up for the lost revenue.
